Walnut and Cranberry Beer Bread

  • 3 c. all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp.baking powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tsp. honey

  • 1 bottle of any beer

  • 2 tbsp. cranberries

  • 2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped

Mix all of the dry ingredients.

Add the honey and beer but don’t over mix.

Optional- add  about ½ c of nuts / olives / cranberries / chopped herbs, etc.

Bake (380°)  for 50 minutes.
