Roasted root vegetables
3 sweet potatoes, cut into thick slices
3 potatoes, cut into wedges
5 shallot, peeled
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
¼ cup olive oil
2 garlic heads, washed
Preheat the oven (400°)
Mix all of the ingredients well
Bake for 50 minutes till it gets golden brown
