Roasted root vegetables

  • 3 sweet potatoes, cut into thick slices 

  • 3 potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 5 shallot, peeled 

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • 1 tbsp. salt

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 garlic heads, washed 

  1. Preheat the oven (400°)

  2. Mix all of the ingredients well

  3. Bake for 50 minutes till it gets golden brown
