Portobello Mushroom skewers in basil dressing
3 big Portobello mushrooms
3/4 cup fresh basil leaves or 5 frozen basil cubes
Put slices of the mushroom on skewers. Drizzle with a dash of salt. Broil for 5 minutes. No more.
1 tsp. crushed garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
For the dressing:
Turn the oven on “Broil” -high
Cut each mushroom into 4 thick slices, lengthwise. Sprinkle with a dash of salt.
Put on skewers and broil for 5 minutes. Take out
Mix the ingredients of the dressing
Drizzle the mushroom slices with the dressing.
